Terms and Conditions

What this site is

UK Tier Sponsors List is an independent directory that republishes the Home Office register of licensed sponsors in a searchable form. We are not affiliated with the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, or any government body.

No advice

Nothing on this site is immigration, legal or financial advice. The calculators produce estimates from published rates and rules, and those rates and rules change. Always confirm your position on GOV.UK or with a qualified adviser before you act.

Accuracy

We import the published register once a day and present it as published. We do not verify individual records and cannot guarantee that a sponsor's licence remains valid at the moment you read the page. A sponsor can be added or removed between imports.

Downloads and the details you give us

Asking us to send you the register as a file requires some details about you. Give us your own, keep them accurate, and do not submit anyone else's. How we handle them is set out in our privacy policy. Browsing and searching the site requires none of this.

Saved sponsors

There are no accounts on this site. Sponsors you save are held in your own browser, so they exist on that device only and are lost if you clear your browser data or switch device. Export them if they matter to you.

Acceptable use

You may use this site to research sponsors for your own purposes, and download the data we offer. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, resell the data as your own product, or use it to send unsolicited bulk communications to the organisations listed.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information here, including any decision about a job, an application or a move.
